No one was present in delegation, so the floor was closed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. APPROVAL OF TREE BOARD MINUTES: June 12, 2024 MOTION TO APPROVE the minutes from June 12, 2024, made by Smith, Seconded by Joubert. Passed unanimously. Voting Yea: Aguilar, Farler, Joubert, Smith, NEW BUSINESS 2. DISCUSSION – 2023/2024 BUDGET MOTION TO TABLE set aside $150.00 for a tree to be planted at Henderson Park, made by Aguilar, Seconded by Smith. Passed unanimously. Voting Yea: Aguilar, Farler, Joubert, Smith, MOTION TO TABLE set use the budget balance of $3,587.37 to beautify Town Hall Dundee Community Center and the PCSO Substation at Director Vice’s discretion, made by Aguilar, Seconded by Smith. Passed  unanimously. Voting Yea: Aguilar, Farler, Joubert, Smith 4. DISCUSSION – RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL BEAUTIFICATION AWARD MOTION TO APPROVE residential beautification nomination #1 made by Aguilar, Seconded by Joubert. Passed unanimously. Voting Yea: Aguilar, Farler, Joubert, Smith REPORTS FROM OFFICERS Board Chairperson Aguilar expressed sympathy for Mrs. Joubert’s loss and thanked staff for coming.
