CALL TO ORDER at 5:31PM by Chair Aguilar
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE led by Chair Aguilar

Clerk Glogowski informed the board that she had heard from board member Patricia Joubert, would not be able to attend
tonight’s meeting due to her husband having surgery.
MOTION TO EXCUSE Patricia Joubert from the meeting made by Aguilar, Seconded by Smith. Passed unanimously.

Chair Aguilar opened the floor for delegation. No one was present in delegation, so the floor was closed.

MOTION TO APPROVE the minutes from October 16, 2024, made by Smith, Seconded by Aguilar. Passed
unanimously.

NEW BUSINESS
2. DISCUSSION – 2024/2025 BUDGET
MOTION TO TABLE set aside $1000.00 for Dundee’s Centennial Tree Lighting, made by Aguilar, Seconded
by Smith. Passed unanimously.
Voting Yea: Aguilar, Farler, Smith
MOTION TO TABLE set aside $100.00 to purchase seeds for the Teacher Expo being held on October 28,
2024, made by Smith, Seconded by Farler. Passed unanimously.

3. DISCUSSION – RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL BEAUTIFICATION AWARD
MOTION TO APPROVE residential beautification nomination #1 made by Aguilar, Seconded by Joubert.
Passed unanimously.

REPORTS FROM OFFICERS
Board Chairperson Aguilar expressed sympathy for Mrs. Joubert’s loss and thanked staff for coming.
