No one was present in delegation, so the floor was closed. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 1. APPROVAL OF TREE BOARD MINUTES: • February 18, 2026 Motion to approve the minutes from February 18, 2026, made by Vice-Chair Smith Motion Seconded by member Chair Aguilar Voting in favor: Aguilar, Manucy, Sara, Smith The motion passed unanimously NEW BUSINESS 2. DISCUSSION & ACTION – FY 2025 – 2026 BUDGET & GOALS Tree Board members options for the use of the remaining budget funds, which must be expended by September 30, 2026. The Board discussed Town Wide Cleanup for Arbor Day celebration and set date for event to be held on Saturday in April 18th from 9am – 12pm.  Motion to approve $2,500.00 for dumping fees and snacks for volunteers for the Town Wide Cleanup on April 18th, made by Chair Aguilar Motion Seconded by member Vice-Chair Smith Voting in favor: Aguilar, Manucy, Sara, Smith The motion passed unanimously Motion to approve the purchase of one polo shirt for new board members, made by Vice-Chair Smith Motion Seconded by member Chair Aguilar Voting in favor: Aguilar, Manucy, Sara, Smith The motion passed unanimously DISCUSSION – TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL UPDATE Public Works Director, John Vice and Parks & Recreation Department Lead, Mike Driggers provided an update on tree trimming and removal since the last Tree Board meeting. REPORTS FROM OFFICERS Public Works Department Comments - None Town Administration Comments – Reminded board of S.T.R.E.A.M night on Thursday 3/12, Arbor Day proclamation will be presented at April Commission Meeting, Sheila will be there to accept. Board Members Comments - None Chairperson Comments – Can’t wait to see everyone at S.T.R.E.A.M. night.
