AGENDA Village of Dundee Board of Trustees - Special Meeting Tuesday, February 1, 2022 A meeting of the Board of Trustees - Special Meeting will be held Tuesday, February 1, 2022 in the Council Chambers at 7:00 PM. 1. PUBLIC HEARING : • Any person who addresses the Council during a Council meeting or public hearing shall be limited to 4 minutes in length per individual presentation. • A citizen may not give his or her time to another speaker. • The purpose is to give as many citizens as possible time to address the Council. • When a person addresses the Council, he or she shall clearly state his or her name and home address. Remarks should be addressed to the Council in a courteous tone.
