March 25, 2026 Dundee Downtown DevelopmentAuthority Village of Dundee 350 W. Monroe St. Dundee, MI 48131 Letter of Interest Dear Mr. Bordine, I am writing to formally express my interest in establishing Lamb Fitness within the Dundee Downtown Development Authority. As a local entrepreneur I believe my business aligns perfectly with the DDA’s mission to create a prosperous downtown that celebrates the community, history, and small-town values and provides a thriving environment for independent businesses and entrepreneurs. Lamb Fitness o?ers one-on—one personal training and a variety of group ?tness classes. My goal is to help increase the community’s activity level and overall well-being. I View a thriving downtown as the "heart" of the community and thus have built Lamb Fitness on the foundation of small-town values. I am eager to contribute to the DDA’s efforts in the following ways: 0 Driving Foot Traf?c: Drawing members to the downtown area for daily workouts will naturally increase "eyes on the street" and encourage secondary stops at neighboring shops and cafes. - Community Wellness Partnerships: I am interested in collaborating on downtown events, such as the Farmers Market or seasonal festivals, to promote active living for Dundee residents. - Preservation and Presentation: I take pride in the gym’s physical presence and am committed to maintaining a store?ont that enhances the historic character and aesthetic appeal of the district. I admire the work the DDA has done with streetscaping and community events and would welcome the opportunity to discuss how Lamb Fitness canbetter integrate into your strategic Vision for the village. Thank you for your time and for your work in keeping the "Heart of Dundee" beating strong. I look forward to the possibility of collaborating with the Board. Sincerely, Austin Lamb Lamb Fitness (734)—369-0945 aclambfitness@gmail.com Page 21 of 23 Agenda Item #10.c GENERALBOARD/COMMISSION APPLICATION (Please complete this application formalong with a letter ofinterest and submit to the Village Manager) GENERAL CONTACT INFORMATION NAME Lam FULLADDRESS ?l$€) MABMMN Hus/5, TCCuMSeL‘ Ml H9235 PHONE: (7343357 0745 memos ”“55 @Sm"‘-C°"‘ WHICH BOARD/COMMISSION ARE YOU INTERESTEDIN: [:1 BOARD OF TRUSTEES/COUNCIL I:I ZONING BOARD OF APPLEALS [j PARKS & RECREATIONCOMMISSION [3 PLANNINGCOMMISSION D DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENTAUTHORITY I:I LOCALDEVELOPMENTFINANCEAUTHORIT Y APPLICANT QUESTIONAIRE REASON FOR APPLYINGFOR A BOARD/COMMISSION SEAT: I am ?dek‘esfe?l "" quhkg Mb bushes; Amt: F‘y'ncs-s/mm" “value”!
