MINUTES DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (DDA) VILLAGE OF DUNDEE, MI TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2024 6:00 PM 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL A Regular Meeting of the Dundee Downtown Development Authority was held on Feb 13 2024. The meeting was called to order at 6:00 pm by Chairman Jaworski Present were Chairman Lyle Jaworski, Laura Perry, Erika Dussia, Denny Nisch, Billie Livingston-Booth, Chuck Booth, Council Rep Linsday Cross, Krissy Frank, Mary Schultz. Marcella Osenbaugh-Valle was absent. 3. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES No Minutes to approve 5. PUBLIC COMMENT No Comments 6. COMMITTEE REPORTS No Reports 7. UNFINISHED BUSINESS No Unfinished Business 8. NEW BUSINESS Farmers Market Manager: Motion by Frank to hire Nicole Streeter as the 2024 Farmers Market Manager, 2nd by Booth, Yays: Frank, Dussia, Perry, Booth, Jaworski, Schultz, Nays, Livingston-Booth, Nisch. Motion Carried. Nisch & Livingston-Booth to set up a meeting with Nicole to discuss the Market and her plans. Need to find the vendor forms from last year, according to Jenn Reeves, she don't know how much of this she still has, Schultz to contact Julie in the Village Office to see if she has copies of last years contracts.
