I’m reaching out regarding the 2024 Priority Health Michigan Statewide Wellness Campaign and would like to share a priority grant funding invitation for Dundee. Our organization builds public-private partnerships that help fund, design, and promote free outdoor Fitness Courts and a corresponding local wellness campaign. Through our incredible partnership with Priority Health, our Campaign has expanded into over 30 cities, towns and schools across Michigan and more than 400 nationwide, making world-class fitness free for people of every age and ability level. America’s largest healthcare companies are assisting with this effort to combat the burden of preventable diseases born of lifestyle habits and inactivity, an epidemic sweeping the nation. See below for the 3- minute 2023 Campaign video: National Fitness Campaign | Watch The Video Watch the 2-minute campaign video to learn more. NATIONALFITNESSCAMPAIGN.COM We are currently looking for leading municipalities across the Wolverine State and I'm pleased to share that Dundee has been identified for priority funding qualification, as part of our 2024 Impact Grants program for smaller cities and towns. Qualification meetings for Michigan communities will be occurring over the next 60 days. Our feasibility process begins with a short 30-minute briefing call, during which you and key administration will have a chance to learn about the program, grant funding, and qualifications for joining the campaign. The program does require a local match, which can come from various local, state, or federal resources. Page 5 of 5
