David Arthur Consulting, David Kubiske, Jason Nolff ,Presentation of concepts
Discussion
David Kubiske and Jason Nolff presented a revised Youth Building Plan
devised from notes, suggestions and requests from Parks & Recreation
Commission to lower cost, meet projected use, and removal of the proposed
addition but retain the covered patio, ADA compliant restrooms, ground level
storage, and revised thoughts for building exterior design.
A discussion period with questions and best options to meet needs
economically and with least revisions to original plans ensued. General
consensus was it was a very good discussion ending with direction to David
Arthur to be able start the revisions and cost estimates to be ready for
presentation to Parks & Recreation for approval. This should be completed in
roughly two months.
7. NEW BUSINESS
7.a Soccer Updates - Richard Arecheja
Registration is going well, 8 teams have signed up so far. Practice will start
March 17, yes on St. Patrick's Day.

asked to obtain a copy of the contracts that the school uses for this purpose.

Not much going on now, George was not able to find a acceptable time and ice
conditions to present to the Fishing Club. He is looking forward to spring
weather and more club outings.
7.c DABA Breakfast Update - George Wilkins
Break fast went good, they could have used a bigger venue as more
businesses would have attended but space was limited.
