MINUTES BOARD OF TRUSTEES - SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE OF DUNDEE, MI TUESDAY, JANUARY 7, 2025 7:00 PM COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1. CALL TO ORDER A Public Hearing for the Village of Dundee Parks & Recreation Master Plan was held on January 7, 2025 in the Village Hall Council Chambers. The public hearing was called to order at 7:13 pm by Village President Tim Bordine. 2. ROLL CALL Present were Village President Tim Bordine, Village Trustees Chuck Booth, Stephen Carr, Howard Cilley, Lindsay Cross, and George Wilkins. Trustee Jesse Wilson was absent. Also present were Interim Village Manager Vincent Pastue, Village Clerk Shirley Massingill, Village Deputy Clerk Julie Smith, Village Deputy Police Chief Lt. Randy Sehl, Village Attorney Matt Budds, Mannik & Smith Group representative Lucie Fortin and twenty interested citizens. 3. CITIZEN’S COMMENTS Peter Kepler Parks & Recreation Commission Chairman and Lucie Fortin Mannik & Smith Group representative, presented the five year Parks & Recreation Master Plan and answered questions as to procedures, goals and implementation of the plan. James Rupert Troop 511 Scout Master, questioned the deletion of the Scout Building renovations from the plan. It was explained that the Scout Building was a sperate issue and not a part of the Master Plan. The Scout Building will be addressed by Parks & Recreation's February 2025 meeting. 4.
