Goal 2: Support Capacity Building for Local Artists. 1. Initiatives: a. Identify cultural, historic, public art, and creative opportunities in the Comprehensive Plan and other City plans b. Revise UDO advocacy letter to include Comp Plan initiatives, examples and research (i.e. other cities that have similar UDOs Boston and Atlanta, Greensboro), PAC presents to DCAB, PAC to sign, release to Planning Department 2.
