A copy of the legal ad is attached. PUBLIC COMMENT • Public Comment relating to the sole agenda item. MEETING DISCUSSION • Discussion regarding the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority’s recommendation to demolish the Stephenson St. Bridge as part of the Wyoming Valley Levee Project and to authorize the appropriate officers of the Borough to act on its behalf. ACTION • Motion to establish Borough Council’s position regarding the Stephenson Street Bridge and its possible demolition. Council’s position will be advanced at future meetings with Luzerne County Council and the Luzerne County Manager. • Motion to appoint Council’s representative to advance Council’s position at upcoming meetings relating to the Stephenson Street Bridge.
