Motion: • to adopt the proposed 2025 budget. • to adopt Resolution 2024-15 which keeps the taxation rate at 2.7 mils for the calendar year 2025. • to adopt Ordinance 2024-2 amending Refuse Ordinance 2023-2 dated December 12, 2023, and all subsequent amendments thereto. • to purchase the following Police Department vehicle: 2025 Ford Unmarked Police Interceptor Utility AWD at a cost of $62,267.03, using 2024 funds. • to appoint __________________ to the Duryea Borough Sewer Authority, term to begin January 1, 2025, and expire December 31, 2029. • to appoint _________________________ to the Lower Lackawanna Valley Sanitary Authority, term to begin January 1, 2025, and expire December 31, 2029. • to replace the garage door and framing at the Street Department building through _________________________ at a cost of $__________________ (Rowe $8529 vs F&L $8820), using 2024 funds. • to hire _________________________ to make repairs to the pavilion at Community Park at a cost of $________ (Akulonis Residential Construction $7420 vs Brian Durkin $6500), using 2024 funds. • to hold 2025 monthly work sessions on ____________________________________.
