City Council Committee of the Whole

CITY OF DUVALL CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MINUTES November 17, 2020 – 5:00 p.m. Virtual Only Meeting via Zoom Due to public health emergency, this meeting was held remotely. All Councilmembers and staff attended via Zoom meeting. Mayor Pro Tem Remington called the meeting to order at 5:01 p.m. Council present: Amy McHenry, Dorothy Lengyel, Michelle Hogg, Mike Remington, Jennifer Knaplund, Dianne Brudnicki Staff present: Carey Hert, Steve Leniszewski, Dana Mason, Jodi Wycoff I. Good of the Order Councilmember Hogg requested clarification about the Closed and Executive sessions on the regular agenda. Mayor Ockerlander verified that there would be two separate sessions. II. Items: 1. 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Discussion Mayor Pro Tem Remington led a discussion and requested consensus on items on the Budget Decision Matrix that Council, Mayor and staff have been inputting questions, suggestions and decision points related to the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget. The matrix will continue to be updated and discussion and decisions will continue at the November 24th Special Workshop. III.
