BUDGET WORK SESSION Lower Level Council Chambers Monday, February 19, 2024 7:00 PM MINUTES CALL TO ORDER - ROLL CALL PRESENT Mayor Jeff Jacque, Council Member Mike English, Council Member Jim Gibbs, Council Member Mike Oberbroeckling, Council Member Mark Singsank, Council Member Tom Westhoff AGENDA ITEMS Jeremy Honkomp, Fire Chief, discussed the Fire Department budget. Al Wessels explained and answered questions on the Bi-County Ambulance Board budget. Alex Wiezorek, Library Board of Trustees Vice President, gave the Library Board budget. Also Present was Shirley Vonderhaar, Library Director. Mick Michel, City Administrator, reviewed all other departments listed. 1. Emergency Management; 2. Flood Control; 3. Fire; 4. Miscellaneous Community Protection; 5. Library; 6. Library Trust Fund; 7. Economic Development; 8. Planning & Zoning; 9. Mayor, Council & City Administration; 10. Elections; 11. City Attorney The next budget work session will be on Monday, February 26 starting at 6 pm in the Council Chambers and will cover Police, Parks & Recreation, Debt and Capital Improvements. ADJOURNMENT Motion made by Council Member Oberbroeckling to adjourn at 8:01 pm Seconded by Council Member Gibbs.
