Correspondence included in package: • Mike Sanborn’s operational report dated December 18, 2023. • Final Decision from the PSC of Wisconsin on New Bucket Truck dated December 12, 2023. • Exhibit Schedules 1 & 2 from the PSC of Wisconsin on the Electric Rate Case. • Notice of Noncompliance from the DNR of Wisconsin on Required Monitoring. • 2024 Project Upgrade List B. Staff Reports: • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Adjourn to Closed Session according to Wisconsin State Statute: a. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. i. Approval of 2024 employment contract for Mike Sanborn/Utility Manager. 9. Return to open session to act on matters discussed in closed session if any action is needed. 10. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval of wage increase for the Light & Water Employees. B. Review and approval of Electric Utility budget for 2024. C. Review and approval of Water Utility budget for 2024. D. Review and approval of Sewer Utility budget for 2024.  E. Approval to purchase a replacement wire pulling rope, not to exceed $5,500. 11.
