Correspondence included in package: • Mike Sanborn’s operational report dated February 19, 2024. • 2024 Budget Review Letter from the USDA dated January 23, 2024. • 2024 Single Audit Letter from the USDA dated February 5, 2024. • Refinance of Note Anticipation Notes (NAN) from Baird dated February 13, 2024. B. Staff Reports: • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials, cash flow & Baird presentation. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval to dispose of HP Color Laser Jet Pro copier/scanner MFP M479fdn. B. Approval to dispose of junk meters. C. Approval to purchase 400 hose bibb backflow preventers from Nelson’s Ace Hardware for $4,396, not to exceed $4,500. D. Approval to purchase a replacement selector tank mixer from Crane Engineering for $6,827. E. Approval to have Electric Power Systems Engineering perform an inspection and testing on our T-1 transformer bay in the Nicolet Substation for $22,102. F. Approval to pursue collection from an uninsured motorist involved with damage to one of our street light control cabinets and decorative street light pole. G. Approval to set poles for a Wi-Fi system for the Town of St Germain at their park charging for labor and equipment. H. Approval for Mike Sanborn to attend the 2024 American Public Power Conference in San Diego with a WPPI conference scholarship.  9. Adjourn.
