Staff Reports: • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items: A. Approval to have Aquilas make the recommended repairs on the sewage collection system for $22,175.00. B. Approval to participate in Take Your Child to Work Day. C. Approval for the Utility to participate in the National Night Out Event on August 6, 2024. D. Approval to change the account structure of our main operating account at Peoples State Bank to a sweep account, per the bank’s letter dated March 15, 2024. 9. Adjourn.
