B. Staff Reports: • Customer service report on WPPI/Energy Programs-verbal. • Financial activities updates, including recent financials & cash flow updates. • Operations report on departmental activities-verbal. 8. Adjourn to Closed Session according to Wisconsin State Statute: a. 19.85 (1) (c) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. i. Compensation for Wastewater Operations Sanitary Sewage Collection System Certification. ii. Employee succession planning – update/discussion. 9. Return to open session to act on matters discussed in closed session if any action is needed. 10. Discussion and Possible Action on the following Agenda Items:  A. Accepting and filing of a Simplified Water Rate Application with the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin. 11. Adjourn.
