Voting Aye: Grinde, Quirk, Rapacz, Riopelle Voting Nay: None It was moved by Commissioner Quirk supported by Commissioner Rapacz to authorize the Secretary to issue payment of the recommended bills and payroll in the amount of $1,497,692.21. Voting Aye: Grinde, Quirk, Rapacz, Riopelle Voting Nay: None It was moved by Commissioner Quirk supported by Commissioner Rapacz to approve the Plans & Specifications for the 2025 Miscellaneous Electrical Distribution Construction Project, advertise for bids and set bid date for April 24, 2025, at 2:00 pm. The interview panel selected Water and Light Department Lineman Jamey David to be the next Assistant Line Foreman. Jamey's first day as Assistant Line Foreman is April 2, 2025. Recommendation: Recommend the Water and Light Commission approve promoting Jamey David to Assistant Line Foreman starting April 2nd, 2025. Request for Water and Light Commission Action Date: 3-26-2025 To: Water and Light Commission From: Keith Mykleseth & Todd Grabanski RE: Water Distribution Maintenance I Resignation Letter Background: Thomas Schniederman informed us that he plans to retire as Water Distribution Maintenance I as of April 25, 2025. Resignation Letter attached. Recommendation: Recommend Water and Light Commission accept Thomas Schniederman Resignation Letter as presented. Instruct Water and Light Staff to request Civil Service Commission to advertise to fill the vacant position.
