Present: Quirk, Grinde, Rapacz, Riopelle Absent: None Also present: Ron Galstad, Keith Mykleseth, Brian Johnson, Todd Grabanski, Todd Forster, Jordan Midgarden, Corey Thompson, Karla Anderson It was moved by Commissioner Grinde supported by Commissioner Rapacz to approve the minutes of the previous regular meeting held on May 7, 2025. Voting Aye: Quirk, Grinde, Rapacz, Riopelle Voting Nay: None It was moved by Commissioner Rapacz supported by Commissioner Grinde to authorize the Secretary to issue payment of the recommended bills and payroll in the amount of $366,061.43. Voting Aye: Quirk, Grinde, Rapacz, Riopelle Voting Nay: None It was moved by Commissioner Grinde supported by Commissioner Rapacz to authorize permission for the Water Treatment Plant to purchase a mower. Mykleseth RE: Water Distribution Maintenance Operator Entry Level Background: Interviews were completed by Water and Light Commissioner Mike Quirk, Water Treatment Plant Superintendent Brian Johnson, Human Resources Generalist Terry Knudson and General Manager Keith Mykleseth on 5-28-2025. The Interview Committee chose Logan Schultz to fill the Water Treatment Plant position. First day of work is June 16th and starting rate of $29.28/HR Recommendation: Recommend the Water and Light Commission approve the hire of Logan Schultz as Water Distribution Maintenance Operator Entry Level at $29.28 per hour.
