Voting Aye: Quirk, Grinde, Rapacz, Riopelle Voting Nay: None It was moved by Commissioner Rapacz supported by Commissioner Grinde to authorize the Secretary to issue payment of the recommended bills and payroll in the amount of $1,515,063.04. Voting Aye: Quirk, Grinde, Rapacz, Riopelle Voting Nay: None It was moved by Commissioner Rapacz supported by Commissioner Grinde to approve the hiring of Joshua Farrell as Water Distribution Maintenance Operator I at $31.66 per hour with a starting date of June 23, 2025. Banner Request
    The Downtown Development Association would like to request for a banner to be hung on the wire by the Sorlie Bridge in East Grand Forks.  This banner is for the promotion of the annual Downtown Street Fair on August 22nd and 23rd in Downtown Grand Forks. We'd like the banner to be placed on July 28th and can be taken down August 25th.      
     Recommend approval of hanging banner on July 28th through August 25th.

P/S for 1 MG Concrete Reservoir Rehabilitation
    We have completed putting together the necessary plans and specifications for the 1MG Concrete Reservoir Rehabilitation project located at the Water Treatment plant and am therefore looking for authorization to proceed with advertising or requesting quotes and setting a bid date.       
     Authorize Widseth to proceed with Advertising and or requesting quotes for the project. Set bid date or deadline for receiving quotes for 10:00 A.M. on July 29, 2025
