MEMORIALIZATION OF RESOLUTIONS PB– 748-20 APPLICANT: CITY OF EAST ORANGE PROPERTY ADDRESS: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: NON-CONDEMNATION AREA IN NEED OF REDEVELOPMENT INVESTIGATION- properties identified as Block 31, Lot 1 (26-36 Winthrop Terrace), Block 40, Lot 1 (94-96 Sussex Avenue), and Block 180, Lot 1 (22 South Grove Street), along with all streets and rights of way appurtenant thereto (the “Study Area”) should be designated as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment, in accordance with the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq. (the “Redevelopment Law”) which authorizes municipal governing bodies to designate certain areas of the municipality as being in need of redevelopment. PB Hearing October 7, 2020 3 VI.
