MINUTES Village of East Troy Airport Advisory Committee September 11, 2017 1. Call to order – Meeting called to order at 7:00pm by Ann Zess 2. Roll Call ‐ Present –Ann Zess, Walter Watkins, Airport Manager/FBO, Don Voland, Sam Taber, Mike Starck Absent: Jim Stemper Also Present: Dale Graves, Matt Rybarczyk, Kim Weckerly, Jerry Roeder 3. Citizen Participation – None 4. August 14, 2017 Minutes approved on a motion by Don Voland, and seconded by Mike Starck, motion carried. 5. Old Business: a. Status of 2017 taxiway asphalt project discussion and updates – Still waiting for removal of Silt screens. North entrance is currently overgrown with weeds and grass due to fiber mat has not disintegrated yet, and cannot be mowed over as it tangles in the blades. Walter let DPW Director Equitz know the situation. Electrical issue by fence along west side is not fixed yet. b. Emergency Procedures at 57C – Table c. Runway/Taxiway lighting update – Scheduled for 2018. Budgets being worked on and will be voted on by Village in October 6. New Business: a. YTD Rev/Expense report through August – Fuel farm expense of $2426 questioned if it was in the correct category. Ann will check with Lorri. b. Update on Hangar owner water / drainage issues – Craig Henry will be informed of when the engineering study will be discussed by the board.
