Meeting called to order 7:00 PM
Meeting held in FBO lounge.
Roll Call:
Board Members: Mike Starck, JD Schreib, Kim Weckerly, Walter Watkins, Matt Johnson
Ruben Burgos
Citizen Participants:
Minutes of last meeting: - voted unanimously for approval
Citizen Participation - Mike Adam introduced "Raptors Nest program".
He was invited to return for a detailed update and presentation.

Update on Airport Hangar land Leases - still under review by Matt
Johnson/Village attorney
proposed economic impact study-Walter suggested inclusion of more users and
beneficiaries of our airport
ALP Development – previewed to provide more complete vision and ideas for final engineering.
New Business
Walter Watkins -Pilot controlled lighting unit replacement with new unit, REIL testing. Installed
& working but not commissioned by FAA
Walter stated that non-aviation activity on airport property - is not permitted, per FAA, BOA,
and village ordinances. Stated value in reaching out to include all beneficiaries o
f airport 57C, including parties beyond East Troy geographic boundaries. This
should be proposed to Village Board. for support by all beneficiaries.
Covid 19 grants now up to $63,000.00.
Snow plowing priority sequence was explained and reviewed. Because of changing variables,
priority is given to safety items and aircraft movement areas, then road access,
taxiways and taxilanes, and any pilot requests.
New Business suggested to address next month:
Raptors Nest Program - questions remain about water supply and toilets.
Motion to adjourn by Matt Johnson, seconded by Mr. Schreib. No
discussion. Unanimous approval
