April 11, 2022 7 p.m. @ FBO
Masks are recommended for individuals not fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Social distancing
precautions will continue to be taken.
Meeting began at 7:00 PM . posted at voet@easttroywi.gov
Meeting was held in FBO.
Roll Call: Ruben Burgos = Absent
Advisory Committee Members: Mike Starck, JD Schreib, Kim Weckerly, Walter Watkins, Matt Johnson

Citizen Participants: Liz Barnes, Sam Taber, Mrs. Taber, Sam Thiel, paramotor instructor
Minutes of last meeting: - (March) review and vote on approval
Citizen Participation - open floor 5 minutes per person.
Old Business:
Matt Johnson-powered parasail activity & complaint follow up
Kim Weckerly= land Lease proposals update
Pilot controlled lighting unit, REIL and repairs update
based aircraft count ongoing
driving and parking on Taxiways and taxilanes = ongoing ordinance compliance
issues remain: “authorized maintenance and service vehicles only” if inside fence
New Business
Delivery trucks & vehicle procedures update=Sam Taber
FETA plans and proposals-needed calendar to schedule
Fuel availability, supplies, delivery driver shortages
ALP status=Jason
New Business to address next month:
please prepare and submit your thoughts
