Village of East Troy Airport Advisory Committee MINUTES 2085 HWY L - FBO April 11, 2022 7 p.m. @ FBO Masks are recommended for individuals not fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Social distancing precautions will continue to be taken. Meeting began at 7:00 PM . posted at voet@easttroywi.gov Meeting was held in FBO. Roll Call: Ruben Burgos = Absent Advisory Committee Members: Mike Starck, JD Schreib, Kim Weckerly, Walter Watkins, Matt Johnson Ruben Burgos = Citizen Participants: Liz Barnes, Sam Taber, Mrs. Taber, Sam Thiel, paramotor instructor Minutes of last meeting: - (March) review and vote on approval Citizen Participation - open floor 5 minutes per person. Old Business: Matt Johnson-powered parasail activity & complaint follow up Kim Weckerly= land Lease proposals update Pilot controlled lighting unit, REIL and repairs update based aircraft count ongoing driving and parking on Taxiways and taxilanes = ongoing ordinance compliance issues remain: “authorized maintenance and service vehicles only” if inside fence New Business Delivery trucks & vehicle procedures update=Sam Taber FETA plans and proposals-needed calendar to schedule Fuel availability, supplies, delivery driver shortages ALP status=Jason New Business to address next month: please prepare and submit your thoughts Meeting adjourned 9 PM Next Meeting – May 9th, 2022 @ 7 PM at FBO It is possible that members of, and possibly a quorum of, the Village Board may be in attendance at the above stated meeting. No action will be taken by any governmental body at the above stated meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to above in this notice.
