Village of East Troy Airport Advisory Committee MINUTES 2085 HWY L - FBO June 11, 2022 7 p.m. @ FBO Masks are recommended for individuals not fully vaccinated for COVID-19. Social distancing precautions will continue to be taken. Meeting began 7:00 PM Meeting was held in FBO. posted at voet@easttroywi.gov Roll Call: Advisory Committee Members: Mike Starck, JD Schreib, Kim Weckerly, Walter Watkins, Matt Johnson Michael Zei Citizen Participants:Dale Graves, Sam Taber Minutes of last meeting: - (May) reviewed and voted to approve. Citizen Participation - open floor=5 minutes per person. Old Business: Signage updates – still awaiting Parasail response PAPI bulbs update=still waiting for electrician and Highway Lights solution based aircraft count ongoing-need tail # in each hangar, solution determined to include notice in hangar leases. driving and parking on Taxiways and taxilanes current ordinance violation . deliveries=Amazon, Fedx, UPS, others: ongoing effort to coach drivers is working. New Business Airport Manager Report: -runway closure requests cannot be approved unless accident or incident. FETA plans do not include organizing open house or pancake breakfast. Fuel availability, limited supplies, delivery driver shortages, purchase timing, pricing changes continues taking up time. Matt Johnson=update status-Jason updates pending. New Business to address next month: please prepare and submit your thoughts Meeting adjourned 8:45 PM Next Meeting – July 11th, 2022 @ 7 PM at FBO It is possible that members of, and possibly a quorum of, the Village Board may be in attendance at the above stated meeting.
