Treasure’s Report and Expense Report – Approve September and October Bills for Payment. 5. Update on Park by Bonnie and Shawn Merath 6. Unfinished Business: A. Amount to Pay Down on Parks Loan for 2024 7. New Business: A. Update on Halloween Party on Oct 19, 2024 at the Park – Bonnie B. Beginning with Open Session going into Closed Meeting: Pursuant to Wis. State Statute 19.85(1) (c) Consider employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Review Contract for this coming year 2025 with Bonnie & Shawn Merath 8. The Park Board will reconvene into open session and may act on the above-described matters which were considered in closed session. 9. Public Comments: 10.
