Your subject must specifically relate to maters under the jurisdic�on of the Parks & Recrea�on Commitee, whether on the agenda or not. The Parks & Recrea�on Commitee should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly no�ced agenda. Upon conclusion of this Ci�zen Par�cipa�on segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are par�cipa�ng in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Parks & Recrea�on Commitee due to involvement in an agenda item.
