Motion by Commissioner Van Buren and Second by Trustee Alexander to approve the
minutes dated February 12, 2018. Motion carried.
Revenue/Expenditure Report – The baseball fees have been paid up. There was a
question on the Misc Revenues which could be regarding waiving the late fees from
baseball. Muszynski will follow-up on this. Motion by Commissioner Mayotte and

Director’s Report – Muszynski had nothing new to report. She is ordering dog waste
bags and containers for all parks along with garbage can toppers.

New Park ideas – Muszynski shared information regarding an idea for an outside

look for similar courts, price comparisons and if this could fall under a grant for a
possible future project.

Mitchell Park and under the swing set at Playmore Park. We would like to consider
putting this into next year’s budget.
Archery Range Open House – The commission discussed Mid to Late August for a
Grand Opening/Open house for the Archery Range. This would be right before the
September opening of bow season. Possible deas for the open house would be asking
local vendors to offer food and offer some family events such as the Bounce House.
Pavillion at Playmore Park – Commissioner Rostkowski received a concern with
middle school age children hanging out at the new pavilion after dusk closing hours.
Discussion followed if a security light would be an option that could be helpful.
