Village of East Troy Parks and Recreation Commission Meeting Minutes – February 10, 2020 Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance President Gary Budzien called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present: President Gary Budzien, Director Vickie Muszynski, Trustee John Alexander, Commissioners, Steve Rostkowski, Annie Van Buren, Debbie Arendt Excused: Commissioners Geri Mayotte, Public Works Jason Equitz Consent Agenda (One motion and second will approve all of the following items) 1. Approve Park & Recreation Commission minutes – 11/11/2019 2. Revenue/Expenditure Report – N/A 3. Director’s Report Motion by Trustee Alexander, second by President Budzien, to approve the Park & Recreation minutes. Motion by Trustee Alexander, second by Commissioner Jim Holm, to approve the Director’s Report. The Revenue/Expenditure Report was not available at the time of the meeting. Muszynski will email the Revenue/Expenditure Report for January 31, 2020 and for December 2019 year-end. Motion carried. Miscellaneous Business 1. Participation for 2019 – The class participation number for 2019 has increased. It was a great year for our programs! 2. Annual Report – Muzynski presented the Annual Report. This report was also shared with the Village Board at the February 3, 2020 meeting. 3. Benches – We will be ordering 9 park benches that will be put at the following parks: 6 will be installed at the Dog Park, 1 will be put at Lyndale Park and 2 will be put at the Mill Pond. Adjourn – Motion by President Budzien, second by Commissioner Holm, to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 pm. Motion carried.
