Village of East Troy Parks and Recreation Board Meeting Minutes – November 9, 2020 Call Meeting to Order Chairperson Gary Budzien called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Pledge of Allegiance Present: Chairperson Gary Budzien, Director Vickie Muszynski, Trustee John Alexander, Public Works Jason Equitz, Board Members Jim Holm, Steve Rostkowski, Gerri Mayotte, Annie Van Buren, Andy Seiden, Debbie Arendt Consent Agenda (One motion and second will approve all of the following items) 1. Approve Park & Recreation Commission minutes – 8/19/2020 2. Revenue/Expenditure Report – 10/31/20 3. Director’s Report Motion by Board Member Holm, second by Trustee Alexander, to approve the Consent Agenda. Motion carried. New Board Member – Andy Seiden was introduced as our new Board Member (Replacing Gerri Mayotte). Each person in attendance introduced themselves. Miscellaneous Business 1. Thank you Presentation – Gerri Mayotte started on the board in April, 1983 and has been on the board for 37 years. Vickie Muszynski gave a presentation and awarded Gerri with a plaque for her years of service. 2. Agenda item to discuss at our next meeting: a) Lake Bluff Subdivision Walking trails – Signs for the trails. Adjourn – Motion by Chairperson Budzien, second by Trustee Alexander, to adjourn the meeting at 7:05 pm. Motion carried.
