Village of East Troy Parks and Recreation Board Meeting Minutes April 8th, 2024 Call meeting to Order – Annie called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm. Pledge of Allegiance Present – Director Vickie Muszynski, Board Members, Annie Belka Van Buren, Steve Rostkowski, Gary Budzien, Andy Seiden, Debbie Arendt, Nick Cieslik, Village Board Trustee John Alexander. Excused - Consent Agenda (One motion and second will approve all the following items) 1. Approval of minutes from March 11th, 2024, Parks and Recreation Commission meeting 2. Approval of Revenue/Expenditure Report from March 31st, 2024 3. Approval of Directors Report Motion by Debbie, seconded by Gary Budzien to approve consent agenda. Motion carried. Miscellaneous Business 1. Lake Bluff Green Space, prairie plantings- Vickie reported that Karen Wagner Hotz contacted Lake Bluff to attend the Lake Bluff meeting but wasn’t allowed to because she did not live in the subdivision. She gave her idea of planting in the walking nature area. They said they would discuss at the meeting and get back to her if they had concerns. John suggested that Karen put some door hangers on the doors of the residents on Lakeview Drive stating that she would like to plant prairie plants and if anyone had any concerns to come to the next Park & Rec Meeting.
