Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance
Administrator Suhm verified the meeting was posted according to law.
Roll Call:
President Timms called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Present: President Timms, Trustees Fred Douglass, Linda Kaplan, Forty Renucci, Scott
Seager, Dusty Stanford and Ann Zess
Excused:
Others: Chief Boyes, DPW Miller, Administrator Suhm, Attorney Gray
Citizen Participation
No citizen participation.
Closed session
Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment,
compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee which the governmental
body exercises responsibility and Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or
negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session (Request for Benefits) and Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(e) for the purpose of deliberating or
negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting
other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed
session (US Packaging/TIF Property).
Motion by President Timms, second by Trustee Stanford to adjourn to closed session pursuant
to Wis Statsw. 19.85(1)(c) and 19.85(1)(e) related to a request for benefits and 19.85(1)(e)
related to the US Packing/TIF Property. Motion carried on a roll-call vote.
Reconvene in Open Session
Motion by Trustee Stanford, second by Trustee Seager to not allow domestic partnership
coverage as a health insurance benefit and if Aetna does not allow this change in policy for the
2016 plan year, the domestic partnership coverage will be offered at no cost to the village; the
employee will pay that portion of the premium through payroll deductions. Motion carried 6-1
with Trustee Renucci abstaining.

Motion by President Timms, second by Trutee Stanford to adjourn at 7:09 p.m. Motion carried.
