AGENDA EAST TROY VILLAGE BOARD MEETING 2015 Energy Drive March 6, 2017 6:30 PM Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance Verification of Open Meeting Notice Roll Call Citizen Participation Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item. Consent Agenda (One motion and second will approve all of the following items. Any item may be pulled from the list and voted on separately.) 1. Approval Minutes – 2/20/2017, 2/27/2017 Miscellaneous Business 1. Update regarding property access issue at the west end of Brooks Court, owned by Mary Pulliam (RXUP 00126, RXUP 00127 and RXUP 00128), and request to table the topic until April 3, 2017 2. Discussion regarding motion made in relation to approval of the chalk art festival on 2/20/17 (Stanford) 3. Consideration of recommendation to replace security access system and camera systems in the municipal building, total cost $14,763.81 4. Consideration of approving amendment to personnel manual, approving incorporating anti-harassment policy 5.
