Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not
part of the publicly noticed agenda.
Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating
in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.
Consent Agenda
(One motion and second will approve all of the following items. Any item may be pulled from the list and voted on separately.)
1. Approval Minutes – 3/6/17, 3/20/17, 3/27/17
2. Operator’s Licenses – Jordan A. Lewison, Jacob B. Chase
Miscellaneous Business
1. Consideration of request to install gas service to Hangar Beacon Area 1 (BA1) from owner
2. Presentation and possible action on follow-up information for the village square water
study, also includes estimates for storm and sanitary sewer repairs
3. Consideration of police vehicle purchase, $24,646 plus equipment installation and setup
charges
4. Update regarding property access issue at the west end of Brooks Court (RXUP 00126,
RXUP 00127 and RXUP 00128), the request by the Pulliam Family has been withdrawn no
action will be taken
5. Provide direction to Village president regarding next steps in department head evaluation
process
