Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not
part of the publicly noticed agenda.
Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating
in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

1. Approval Minutes – 4/23/2018
2. Consider approval of Special Event and Class B Beer License from Knights of Columbus, Mark
Smith, Event Chairperson, for Corn & Brat Fest July 27 (4pm – 8 pm), 28 and 29 (10 am – 8
pm), 2018, on the Square with initial set up on Thursday, July 26.
a. Contingent upon receiving updated Certificate of Insurance.
b. Thursday night set-up to be completed by 6:30, prior to ET Community Band
performance
c. Understanding that the ET Farmers Market will also be held on Friday, July 27
3. Consider approval a Provisional Retail Class A Combination License for The Global Glass,
LLC, Richard Denhart, Agent, to be located at 2884 Main St., for the period of May 11 to
July 11, or whenever the Class A license is issued, whichever is sooner, contingent upon
the current license holder, A.M. Sons Inc., Soni Pooja, Agent, surrendering their license.
