Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
can be anything whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not
part of the publicly noticed agenda.
Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating
in a public hearing or if specifically allowed by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

1. Approval Minutes – 2/4/2019, Joint Meeting 1/31/2019
2. Consider approval of Special Event Application for Cream City Cycle Club, bike ride rest stop
Sunday, August 25, 2018 on Village Square
3. Consider approval of Parade Permit to American Legion, Memorial Day Parade & Festivities,
May 27, 2019 and waive all fees. ($25 parade fee, $30 Sound System Rental, $300 Sound
System Refundable Deposit and any applicable Special Event Fees)
4. Consideration of hiring a part time officer, Tobias Golembiewski
Miscellaneous Business
1. Aviation Services, LLC, Walter Watkins – Airport Update
2. Follow-up information on 2018 Fuel Flowage Report
3. Consider direction for Wayfinding Signs Project
4. Consideration of approval to write-off uncollectible 2017 Personal Property Tax and
proceed with Chargeback procedure.

Closed session
Adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is
rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to
litigation in which it is or likely to become involved (dam removal project) and 19.85 (1)(e) to
conduct other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a
closed session (law enforcement contract)
