JOINT MEETING OF THE VILLAGE OF EAST TROY BOARD AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY 2015 Energy Drive March 5, 2020 6:00 PM Call Meeting to Order; Pledge of Allegiance Verification of Open Meeting Notice Roll Call 1. The Village Board and Community Development Authority will take up motions to go into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to s. 19.85(1)(e),Wis. Stat., deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session: specifically to discuss possible developments for new tax incremental districts, and engagement agreements and scope of services with von Briesen and Roper, S.C., Ehlers, Inc., and Corre, Inc. 2. The Village Board and Community Development Authority reserve the right to go back into OPEN SESSION, possibly take action on the items discussed during the closed session.
