Roll Call: President Johnson called the meeting to order at 9 a.m. Present: President Johnson, Trustees John Alexander, Jim Holm, Mary Nugent, Jason Smalley and Joe Wisnewski Excused: Trustee Fortune Renucci Others: DPW Director Equitz, Administrator Suhm, Deputy Clerk Smith Resolutions 1. Resolution 2024-17 - Consideration and possible action on a “Resolution Creating Tax Incremental District No. 5, Approving its Project Plan and Establishing its Boundaries.” Motion by Trustee Smalley, second by Trustee Alexander, to approve Resolution 2024-17 - Creating Tax Incremental District No. 5, Approving its Project Plan and Establishing its Boundaries. Kayla Thorpe, with Ehlers Public Finance Advisors, noted that there has been no change to the project plan except for the addition of the memorandum from Walworth County. The Board voted on the motion. Motion carried. Adjourn Motion by President Johnson, second by Trustee Smalley, to adjourn.
