Citizen Participation
Per Village Resolution 2017-01, anyone wishing to address the Village Board during Citizen Participation will be allowed 5 minutes. Your subject
must specifically relate to matters under the jurisdiction of the Village Board, whether on the agenda or not. The Village Board should not
engage in a discussion regarding comments because it was not part of the publicly noticed agenda. Upon conclusion of this Citizen Participation
segment, members of the audience are not allowed further comment unless they are participating in a public hearing or if specifically allowed
by a majority vote of the Village Board due to involvement in an agenda item.

1. Approval Minutes – 2/2/26, 2/6/26
2. Consider revised application for Temporary Class B license for Knights of Columbus – St.
Peter’s Fish Fry, dates changed to February 27 and March 27; operator Mark Smith
3. Consider Plan Commission recommendation to approve a certified survey map for Chad
Hietpas for the property located at W2159 Beulah Heights Rd, Town of East Troy (PET
1800001) subject to the two conditions as listed.
4. Consider approval of Parade Application for American Legion Post 188 for Veterans
Service, Village Square Park, May 25, 2026, from 10 am to noon, from Beulah Ave./Main
St. to the Village Square. They request all fees be waived for the permit and use of sound
system.
5. Consider agreement with Village of East Troy Professional Police Association for January
1, 2026, to December 31, 2028
6. Consider approval of vacation carryover for Public Works Director
7. Consider approval of Court Clerk window upgrade

Closed session
Preliminary discussion and motion to go into closed session, under Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(e), to
consider the Village’s bargaining posture and strategy regarding a possible new development
proposed for a Village tax incremental financing district, and also, under Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g),
to confer with legal counsel as to strategy regarding litigation in which the Village is or is likely
to become involved, pertaining to the Village's Offer to Purchase with Briohn Land
Development for parcel RXUP 00256.
