Executive Session for personnel and litigation (if necessary) Action Items / Discussion: 1. 2020 Census Banner - The county has paid for a banner promoting the census that we are being asked to erect, preferably in Memorial Park. Aaron would need to zip-tie it to stakes. If we don't use it they have other locations that they will offer it to. Since the census ends September 30 this is a time sensitive matter. Motion/ Second to approve placement of a 2020 Census sign - Size is 30 inches high and 8 feet wide at the Memorial Park. 2. Cleaning bids - On going discussion and/or motion.
