MINUTES CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP SESSION Thursday, April 17, 2025 Zoom and City Hall Council Chambers, 271 9th St NE, East Wenatchee, WA Present: Councilmember Mark Botello, Councilmember Shayne Magdoff, Councilmember Ken Arnold, Councilmember Christine Johnson, and Councilmember Stockton. WORKSHOP SESSION Councilmember Mark Botello called the East Wenatchee City Council Workshop to order at 5:30 p.m. 1. DRAFT CLIMATE RESILIENCY PLANNING DOCUMENTS Community Development Director Curtis Lillquist in collaboration with Cascadia Consulting Group, Inc., presented an analysis of the vulnerability of the East Wenatchee community to climate change. A review and discussion of the Climate Impacts Summary, Climate Vulnerability Assessment and Climate Resiliency Chapter to the Greater East Wenatchee Area Comprehensive Plan took place. No action was taken by the Council. 2. DEVELOPMENT PERMIT PROCEDURE PROCESS CHANGE Community Development Director Curtis Lillquist presented proposed changes to the development permit processing procedures. Discussion took place. No action was taken by the Council. 3.
