MINUTES CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP SESSION Thursday, May 29, 2025 Zoom and City Hall Council Chambers, 271 9th St NE, East Wenatchee, WA Present: Mayor Crawford, Councilmember Ken Arnold, Councilmember Mark Botello, Councilmember Christine Johnson, and Councilmember Hepner, and Councilmember Stockton (Zoom). WORKSHOP SESSION Councilmember Mark Botello called the East Wenatchee City Council Workshop to order at 5:30 p.m. 1. RESIDENTIAL LAND CAPACITY ANALYSIS Community Development Director Curtis Lillquist presented a report produced by Points Consulting in collaboration with Douglas County Land Services that analyzed the urban growth areas in the county and the potential residential land capacity of the region. Comments provided by all Councilmembers that were present. No action was taken by the Council. 2. CODE ENFORCEMENT DISCUSSION Community Development Director Curtis Lillquist discussed the needs of the City for a Code Enforcement Officer. Discussion took place. No action was taken by the Council. 3.
