Director’s Report  Union Street – Notice to proceed with Ludlow Construction.  Main & South Street is wrapping up just a few things need to be completed.  Prospect Searle and Hill is almost ready for paving  WWTP Ashley Pump station electrical issues  Water dept. is flushing hydrants at night.
