City Council - Appointment Committee

Appointment Committee Minutes July 27, 2022 Members present: Councilor Meunier, Councilor Riley, Councilor Gomez Members absent: Also in Attendance: Barbara LaBombard Meeting called to order by Councilor Riley at 5:30 pm Public Speak Time: none Committee re-organization Motion by Councilor Gomez nominated Councilor Riley to be the new chairperson second by Councilor Meunier – votes 3-0 APPROVED Motion by Councilor Meunier to nominate councilor Gomez to be the clerk second by Councilor Gomez -votes was 3-0 APPROVED 2. Approval of the previous minutes: Councilor Gomez made a motion to approve the minutes from June 8th, 2022, Councilor Riley seconded, Vote: 2-0-1 APPROVED. Councilor Meunier abstained. Councilor Riley made a motion to approve the minutes of May 11TH , 2022 , Councilor Gomez seconded , votes 2-0-1 APPOVED . Councilor Meunier abstained 3. New Business: NAME POSITION / BOARD TERM EXPIRES Barbara LaBombard clerk to the city council August 31,2024 Barbara was present and explained her job as a city council clerk Councilor Gomez made motion to approve the above, Councilor Meunier Seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved Councilor Gomez made motion to adjourn, Councilor Meunier seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved. Meeting adjourned at 5:43 pm.
