Appointment Committee Minutes January 12 ‘2023 Members present: Councilor Meunier, Councilor Riley, Councilor Gomez Members absent: Also in Attendance: Meeting called to order by Councilor Riley at 5:30 pm Public Speak Time: none Approval of the previous minutes: None New Business: NAME POSITION / BOARD TERM EXPIRES Richard Ricci. Veterans Council /December 31,2025 re-appointment No report from him at the meeting Councilor Gomez made a motion to send this appointment to the full council without recommendation and was seconded by councilor Meunier. Voted was 3-0 on favor Daniel Buttrick Conservation Commission December 31,2025 re-appointment Motion by councilor Gomez and seconded by councilor Meunier to recommend the re appointment to the full council – voted was 3-0 on favor Lisa Jaffe. Zoning board of appeals (full member) December 31, 2025 Councilor Riley explains what an associate member is and what is a full member because with this re appointment Lisa is moving from associate to a full member of the Zoning board of appeals. Councilor Riley read an email from the chair of the Zoning board of appeals on favor of this appointment Motion to adjourn by Councilor Meunier and second by councilor Gomez Voted was 3-0 on favor Meeting adjured at 5:38 pm Councilor Gomez made motion to adjourn, Councilor Meunier seconded. Vote: 3-0 Approved. Meeting adjourned at 5:43 pm.
