Members present: Councilor Riley, Councilor Gomez
Members absent: Councilor Meunier

The meeting was called to order by Councilor Riley at 5:30 pm
1. New Business:
NAME POSITION / BOARD TERM EXPIRES
Paul Nowak Nashawannuck Pond Committee 12/31/2026
Harry Schumann Planning Board 12/31/2026
Mr. Nowak and Mr. Schumann have been long-time members of their respective committees and
were missed under the end-of-year reappointment process. Committee members had no concerns
with either individual's re-appointment.
Councilor Gomez moved to approve the above, and Councilor Riley Seconded. The vote was 2-0, and
it was Approved.
Councilor Gomez made a motion to adjourn, and Councilor Riley seconded. Vote: 2-0.
The meeting adjourned at 5:36 pm.
