Meeting was called to order
Minutes were approved from 11/2/2020, 11/11/2020, and 11/25/2020 (motin peake, second zaret,
3-0 in favor)
Public Speak
There was no public speak
Amending hours of cannabis operation
The planning board approved with one absetention.
Councilor Peake noted that traffic has not proveng to be an issue
Concerns about open use has not been an issue
Committee moved to recommend the amendment 3-0 (motion zaret, second peake)
Indigenous Peoples Day
The language was reviewed. Discussed ordinance setting observed holidays and moving the
proposed language back to a resolution. Discussed the language around school committee.
Councilor Zaret to reach out to school committee for input.
Will take up again on the 26th
Solar in new construction
Plan to set a joint puclic hearing
The committee had no general concerns and agreed that the language was simple and straight
forward
Engine Breaks
Councilor Derby will speak with Sgt Ross to attend next meeting and resolve the discussion
