Date: Tuesday, May 11, 2021 Time: 6:00pm Building & Room: Remote Participation: Join Zoom Meeting with a computer: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84658061352 Meeting ID: 846 5806 1352 Find your local number: https://us02web.zoom.us/u/k5Ieg4n12 Clerk/Board member: Jesse Belcher-Timme, Chair MEETING AGENDA Call to Order Public Speak Planning Board Minutes: ANRs: NOTE: This is a Joint Meeting of the Planning Board and City Council Ordinance Subcommittee Public Hearings: 1) (Continued from April 13, 2021) To amend Section 10.10 Adult Use Cannabis Establishments to allow for the creation of Marijuana Delivery and Marijuana Courier use categories and associated regulations, including amendments to Table 10-3: Off Street Parking Regulations. 2) To amend Table 5-1, Table 10-3 and Section 8.3 to allow Multifamily dwellings with 15% affordable by Plan Approval (PA) rather than Special Permit (SPB) in the R-5, R-10, R-15, R-35, DB, HB, NB, MI districts. 3) To amend Table 5-1, Table 6-1, Table 10-3 and replace Section 8.5 in its entirety to allow Accessory Apartments by right (P) rather than Special Permit (SP) in all districts along with other design requirements. New Business: Next meeting of the Planning Board: Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 6pm (The Board typically meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month.
