Planner Jeff Bagg is working on language to present to the committee
There was a request regarding changing a parcel from residential to HBD. That will need
to be a separate agenda item
Ongoing discussion about how the overlay would work, what the proposed zones would
be. Councilor Peake questioned if we should take the opportunity to look at other
places in the city now that could benefit from an overlay
Discussion around differences between site plan review and special permit process
Brief discussion about design standards
Discussion continued
Single use plastics
Single use straw language, variance language, and time to comply were discussion and
recommended 3-0 in favor (motion zaret, second peake)
